MY biography

My name is Johanna Correal. I am an actress, model, author of my first book "I Say YES! to My New Self", content creator, entrepreneur, and I was born on December 22, 1987, in Neiva, Colombia.

Since I was a child, I knew my soul was meant to express itself through art. I participated in theater plays in my hometown, where I began to discover my passion for performance. After finishing high school, I embarked on a journey of personal and professional transformation that took me first to Bogotá, then to Spain, and now to Stockholm, Sweden, where I currently live.

Over time, and through a deep process of rebirth and self-discovery, God led me to reconnect with what is essential: my spiritual purpose. This calling moved me to share, from my own experience, the power we all carry within to heal, grow, and create a life in harmony with the soul and as a blessing to others.

In 2022, I felt a deep desire to open a new space within this website to continue inspiring women and men to connect with their divine essence and cultivate a life of purpose. Three years later, that space is now a reality: my first blog, where I share topics that deeply move me—holistic well-being, faith with purpose, and a healthy lifestyle—all grounded in my personal journey and always guided by God's love.

It is a space created with love, where I write from the heart, with honesty and presence. There, I share tools, real-life experiences, reflections, and practices that have helped me live with more gratitude, balance, awareness, and wholeness.

This blog was born from a desire to serve, to expand light, and to walk alongside others in their own journey of personal, spiritual, and physical transformation. To help them create the life they deserve, starting from where they are and with what they already have.

My mission is to continue being an instrument of God, sowing faith, hope, and truth—because it is always possible to begin again, with love, purpose, and direction.
